The National Accreditation System of the Republic of Belarus
The 14th July of 2011 will enter into force a new reduction of the Law of the republic of Belarus “On conformity assessment to the requirements of technical normative legal acts in the field of technical regulation and standardization” (The Law of the Republic of Belarus of 31.12.2010 N 228-З), addressed to harmonization of the National System of Conformity Assessment with international rules.

According to the new Law The National Accreditation System of the Republic of Belarus is a system of authorized state bodies, accreditation bodies, accredited certification bodies and accredited testing laboratories (centres), normative legal acts, including technical normative legal acts in the field of technical regulation and standardization that specifies procedures for accreditation and the functioning of the system in whole. |
THE STRUCTURE OF THE NATIONAL ACCREDITATION SYSTEM OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

At present in The National Accreditation System of the Republic of Belarus function:
- 102 accredited certification bodies
- 48 assessors
- 381 technical experts
- 3274 accredited testing laboratories
- 198 accredited reference laboratories
- 50 calibration aboratories.
