Victor Nazarenko was born on July 1, 1958 in Aleksandrovka, Kalinkovichi district, Gomel region
In 1976 he graduated from the Gomel machine-building technical school, in 1981 – the Gomel Polytechnical Institute with the speciality «technology of mechanical engineering, metal-cutting equipment and tools».
Until 1998 he worked as senior foreman, deputy of machine shop manager of Gomel Casting and Normals Plant, representative, senior representative of the state acceptance, Deputy General Director for quality management, the Head of Quality Control Department, Deputy Chief Engineer for certification of PO «Gomselmash».
From 1998 till 2006 he was the Deputy Director of the Republican Unitary Scientific and Production Enterprise «The Belarusian State Institute for Standardization and Certification».
In 1999 he graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus and qualified as an economist manager, in 2004 – postgraduate study in the same Academy.
Candidate of economic science.
From 2006 till 2012 he was the First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Standardization Republic of Belarus.
2015 - awarded with the Labour Merits medal
According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 21.02.2012 No 91 V.V. Nazarenko was appointed the Chairman of the State Committee for Standardization of the Republic of Belarus.
