The list of works and services representing the licensed types of activities:

• production of alcoholic products;
• production of non-food alcohol-containing products;
• production of non-food ethyl alcohol;
• production of tobacco products.

No license is required for the productionof:

• original alcoholic beverages in cultural and ethnographic centers, national parks and reserves, at other sites of the Republic of Belarus in order to reconstitute the fullness of the Belarusian national traditions;
• beer with 7 % or more ethyl alcohol by volume.
