Clarification of the procedure for resumption of import of products

In order to implement Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 376 “On measures to improve control (supervisory) activities" of October 16, 2017, and in accordance with Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 1147 of December 13, 2012 "On approval of the list of control (supervisory) bodies and (or) spheres of control (supervision) that apply (in which are applied) lists of questions (checklists), determination of requirements to the form of the list of questions (checklist) and recognition of the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus as null and void”:

– control (supervision) over fulfillment of requirements of the legislation on conformity assessment related to mandatory confirmation of conformity;

– supervision over compliance with mandatory requirements of technical normative legal acts in the field of technical standardization and standardization; state control (supervision) over compliance with the requirements of technical regulations of the Customs Union, Eurasian Economic Union; state control (supervision) over compliance with the indicators not included in the technical regulations of the Customs Union, Eurasian Economic Union, but declared by the manufacturer (seller, supplier, importer) of the products in the contracts for supply (sale) of products, in their labeling or operational documentation;

– state metrological supervision;

– supervision over the rational use of fuel, electric and thermal energy, implementation by users and producers of fuel and energy resources of measures to save these resources and compliance with the norms of consumption of boiler and furnace fuel, electric and thermal energy.

Resolution of Gosstandart No. 32 of May 2, 2023, approved the criteria for assessing the degree of risk for selecting audited entities for inclusion in the plans of random inspections in the field of:

– Supervision of rational use of fuel, electric and thermal energy, implementation by users and producers of fuel and energy resources of measures to save these resources and compliance with the norms of consumption of boiler and furnace fuel, electric and thermal energy

Resolution of Gosstandart No. 32 of May 2, 2023 "On Approval of the criteria for risk assessment for selection of audited entities for inclusion in the plans of random inspections"

Resolution of Gosstandart No. 118 of December 9, 2022 approved the criteria for assessing the degree of risk for the selection of audited entities for inclusion in the plans of random inspections in the fields of:

– control (supervision) over fulfillment of requirements of the legislation on conformity assessment concerning mandatory confirmation of conformity;

– supervision over compliance with the mandatory requirements of technical regulations in the field of technical standardization and standardization; state control (supervision) over compliance with the requirements of technical regulations of the Customs Union, Eurasian Economic Union; state control (supervision) over compliance with the indicators not included in the technical regulations of the Customs Union, Eurasian Economic Union, but declared by the manufacturer (seller, supplier, importer) of products in the contracts for supply (sale) of products, in their labeling or operational documentation.
