Written applications

1. Applications are written in Belarusian or Russian.

2. Written applications of citizens should contain:

  • name and (or) address of the organization or official position of the person to whom the application is sent;
  • surname, first name, patronymic (if any) or initials of a citizen, address of his/her place of residence (place of stay) and (or) place of work (study);
  • statement of the essence of the application;
  • personal signature of a citizen (citizens).

3. Written applications of legal entities should contain:

  • name and (or) address of the organization or official position of the person to whom the application is sent;
  • full name of the legal entity and its location;
  • statement of the essence of the application;
  • the surname, first name, patronymic name (if any) of the manager or the person authorized to sign the application in the prescribed manner;
  • personal signature of the manager or the person authorized in the prescribed manner to sign the application, certified by the seal of the legal entity.

4. The text of the application should be readable. Handwritten messages should be written in a clear, legible handwriting. The use of obscene or offensive words or expressions is not allowed.

5. The written applications submitted by the representatives of the applicants shall be accompanied by documents confirming their authority.

6. Applications should contain information on the results of their previous consideration with an attachment (if available) of documents confirming this information.

Consideration of written requests is carried out in accordance with Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus «On applications of citizens and legal entities».
