Born on November 8, 1974 in Lida, Grodno region.

In 1993, he graduated from Lida Industrial College majoring in Operation of equipment for production of electronic equipment”, and in 1998 graduated  from the Military Academy of the Republic of Belarus majoring in Aircraft equipment. In 2011 passed retraining on higher education level in Belarusian State Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of Personnel for Standardization, Metrology and Quality Management majoring in Standardization, certification and quality management.

From 1998 to  May 2020 served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus in various posts, including Head of Department for technical norm-setting, standardization and cataloging in military sphere.

Till May 2021 worked as Head of Department for technical norm-setting and standardization of the UE "Plant SVT" (Minsk), Head of Department of conformity assessment and licensing of the State Committee for Standardization of the Republic of Belarus.

From May 2021 to January 2025 - Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Standardization of the Republic of Belarus.

By Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 24 of January 14, 2025 he was appointed First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Standardization of the Republic of Belarus.
