To ensure sustainable economic growth, social inclusion and environmental protection, as well as to promote peace and security in the world – these are the commitments made by Belarus in September 2015, having expressed its commitment to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The document includes achieving 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The process of their implementation in our country has a clearly built, systematic basis, covers a variety of levels and interests.

Gosstandart is an active participant in the process for achieving the SDGs. These activities cover several competencies of the Committee.
